Show Ski Canada – Off the Docks at Clevelands
I was enjoying lunch and a brew at Pie Wood Fired Pizza on the upper deck at Cleveland’s House recently and noticed Show Ski Canada practicing. The SWS Muskoka people with the marina next door are very involved with some of their people on the team and their Mastercraft boat powering up the talented skiers. It’s SWS that runs the amazing water ski shows around Muskoka. If you haven’t seen a show I highly recommend you check one out. Schedule here. This year the Deerhurst in Huntsville Ontario is hosting the World Water Ski Show Tournament September 7-9, 2018.

The fish biting yet? Lake Trout should still be near shore
Have they started the hydro electric project or dam at Bala yet ?
can’t believe we still need generated hydro in this Province ~ Bruce generating station sells power to USA for 2-4 cents a Kw ( bet you pay twice that at the best rate) ~ don’t need tariff here, just turn off switch to Michigan / New York states
George, I would imagine they still have the kite. The more popular thing to do is the Flyboarding. SWS has a location in Grand Cayman and Flyboarding is very popular.
Lots of nice Lakers taken in ice fishing season especially on Lake Joseph. Pike and bass in the more shallow water as it warms up.
The Bala Falls is under construction now. It’s been a 10 year plus struggle. Not many places to park if you plan on visiting shops in the area or go to The Kee. Hydro Rates are 6.5 cents off-peak, 9.5 mid-peak and 13.2 On-peak. Those are the reduced rates.
