Frigid Fields

A typical winter scene as you drive around the Muskoka area or Northern Ontario for that matter in the frigid months of a Canadian winter.

It is truly different in winter, Ed. I love it. We’ve been walking on the frozen wetlands and enjoying the scene in E. Ontario!
It is very different here, as the rocks are smaller, the lakes are more shallow. The little lake near us is only 60′ deep! My dear Long Lake, 2km long, 400m wide, is 200′, and about the same size. Very interesting geography!
